For others it&#8217;s critical; a connection to much needed care, when and where it&#8217;s needed. A fact that has been highlighted during the pandemic.<\/p><p>For telehealth to be accessible and fair for all, there are a few essential requirements, and one of those is multi-lingual support.<\/p><p>Navigating health care systems is already challenging if you don\u2019t speak English. Telehealth consultations using just phone calls can be confronting and frustrating when trying to communicate in your second or third language, leading to potential miscommunication.
