Start-Ups are never as easy to start up as you think. Once you come up with an idea that \u201chas legs\u201d after you socialise the concept with family and friends you need to set about making your dream a reality.<\/p>\n

People don\u2019t plan to fail \u2013 they fail to plan – a well thought through business plan is a critical success factor for any start-up. However, once you embark on your journey to pursue your \u201ccrazy crackpot idea\u201d \u2013 almost immediately you need to shape, guide and modify your plan to make sure you stay on your path to true north.<\/p>\n

Along the way you will encounter what some call problems or challenges, however we like to think of them of as \u201cpuzzles\u201d \u2013 some big, some small, either solvable by the team or worked around\u2026 teamwork makes the dream work – this too is a critical success factor.<\/p>\n

Along the way, there will be \u201cerrors of judgement\u201d \u2013 it\u2019s okay \u2013 it\u2019s human to err \u2013 it\u2019s only a mistake if you do it twice. Following a spell in Dubai where Petre established his credentials as an outstanding Solution Architect, he and his team of talented software engineers have built world-class solutions for many major international brands, multi-nationals in the finance sector, manufacturing and pretty much all other industry verticals \u2013 on-time, on-budget (more often than not, under-budget) always on-purpose!<\/p>\n

We made a critical decision to run with our Romanian friend\u2019s without doubt in my mind, the most important and best decision we have made on our five year journey. Ukrainian Crisiscare Telehealth Service<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our Ukrainian CrisisCare Telehealth Service \u2013 is a humanitarian effort, connecting Ukrainian doctors to Ukrainian Patients.<\/p>

Backed by AWS \u2013 the technical voracity was a critical consideration for AWS to decide whether the project was technically feasible \u2013 thanks to Petre working round-the-clock, we passed the technical due diligence exercise in March 2022 to determine whether the platform was fit for purpose with \u201cflying colours.<\/p>

AWS, F5, Portainer global technical and security experts endorsed the GPNow platform and the project could proceed.<\/p>

A more recent example of Dreamlabs innovation and responsiveness related to a \u201cWARTIME RELATED ISSUE\u201d.<\/b><\/p>

Doctors are normally notified by with an SMS message indicating a patient has entered their \u201cvirtual waiting room\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
